The Executive Director of the Arms Commission of Liberia, MOSES KAI-DOZ YEBLEH has been a vigilant Law Enforcement Officer with Thirty (30) years of practical experience in the Security Sector. He is also an Educator, Psychological Counsellor, a Theologian, and a Migration Researcher. Mr. Yebleh is a Graduate of many local and foreign universities and training schools to include the United Methodist University and the Liberia National Police Training Academy in Liberia. He obtained his Master of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon in Migration Studies. He is also a Graduate of the Kofi Anna International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) in Ghana. He studied and obtained certificates from the University of Pretoria in Statelessness and got trained at the International Law Enforcement Academy Gaborone, in “Leadership for African Executives”. Mr. Yebleh is a Veteran in Law Enforcement from where he brings a lot of experience, especially serving as an Immigration Officer for thirty (30) long years. During his service at the Liberia Immigration Service (LIS), he worked tirelessly on issues of irregular migration, Anti-human Trafficking, Migrant Smuggling, Refugees and Statelessness. It is envisioned that with his worth of experience that he brings to the Commission will help in ensuring that Arms Commission meets it objectives by working with communities in getting rid of illegal arms, while making sure those who needs to carry arms are done in the most legal way. .
